Located on the north bank of the Qiantang River, it is home to the core area of Qianjiang New Town, the Qingchun Business District, and the Hangzhou Civic Center. Its boundaries extend east to Tanggongju Road, south to the Qiantang River, west to Qingjiang Road, and north to Yanjianong Road. Covering an area of 9 square kilometers, the subdistrict administers 11 communities and 7 collective economic cooperatives. Committed to building a "refined, harmonious, and cosmopolitan first-class international central business district," the subdistrict strives to create a top-tier model for the "Important Window" initiative. It deepens the development of a "1+3" industrial structure centered on finance, intermediary services, modern commerce, and headquarters economy. Currently, the area hosts 50 commercial building projects comprising 88 towers, employing over 86,000 professionals in  office  buildings and markets. Its economic indicators rank among the highest in the city and district. It has been recognized as one of the "Top Ten Towns (Subdistricts) for Digital Empowerment in Grassroots Social Governance" and a "Vibrant Block in China's Commercial Building Economy."
