By deepening the system of group running of famous schools, the modern educational development index has been top-ranking in the province for three consecutive years, and the quality of junior middle school education is rated the best throughout the city. It has passed the supervision by the provincial government for the fulfillment of educational duties with high scores. Moreover, it has promoted educational equality in an all-round way, and strictly implemented the policy of synchronous enrollment by public and private schools for primary and secondary schools. It also establishes a dynamic salary adjustment system for compulsory education teachers, to effectively enhance the treatment of teachers. To deepen the school quality improvement project, it has built and put into operation 12 schools of high standards, and launched the construction of another 12 schools. Its “starred parent license” project has been recognized as a national innovation and practice base for family education.
